So I'm wanting to make & import vehicle models to GTA V. However I am clueless on how to do this. Does anyone know what software's to use? Can you use Microsoft 3d builder? I heard people use Z modeler, can you make vehicles from scratch? How does medic4523 make his vehicles? What are the requirements for the vehicle? how do I make its doors open and the wheels spin etc. Is there a tutorial that covers all of this??? Ok, Thank you. I've been looking for ages

So I have looked everywhere for these stupid engines. I want a center mount tower model and a Seagrave. Similar to the ones used by FDNY. I cant find these models anywhere but there's tons of YouTube videos on them. Even videos' that provide links. The links don't work. And I did find some info saying Medic 4523 already made these models on modification Universe but I've checked all of his post(Didn't find it). It seems to be no where. Does anyone know where there at or what could have happened to them? Were they removed?? The models are like this. - That kind of Vehicle models. There shown in like the first 30 seconds of the video. The tower & the Engine. Thank you

Well I don't think that's the problem. Because I did update it to the latest version. But the game says it wants an older version that's no longer available. So I'm just very confused. Do you have any idea what it could be??? ? Thank you

So I try to launch GTAV Though Rage Plugin hook and it tells me the current game version is not supported. The game version I have installed is 2245(Not supported). And the one that is supported is 2215. I go to Rage Plugin Hooks website but the only Plugin Hook availble is 2245. And below it, it even says the 2215 version is no longer available. I uninstalled and reinstalled GTA and it still didnt work. Not quite sure what to do or where to get the older version of Rage Plugin Hook. Does anyone no what to do or where to get older versions? Thank you.

I can't turn mine off. I press scrnLk and it just takes a screenshot🤷‍♂️
