Solutions

  1. SelugeGaming's post in Ultimate Backup cause GTA5 to crash was marked as the answer   
    Fixed it. For some reason, Resident.rpf in x64 folder was conflicting with UB ans caused my game to crash. I removed it, then reinstalled my custom sirens, it works fine now.
