    Hey, the game doesn't recognize the BF400 as a police vehicle because it's missing the following flags : "FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE" These two flags allow the game to identify a vehicle as an emergency vehicle or not. Without these two flags, you won't be able to pull over vehicles. You need to add them manually in the <flags> section of the BF400 vehicle, in the vehicles.meta file, or put your police motorcycle on a slot that already contains these flags, such as “policeb” slot, for example.
