Couldn't find any textures from my Home town police so I made my own. After a few tries I'm happy with these results. Try them out and tell me what you think.

Textures are add ons to Blueghost's unmarked vehicles. Manchester PD and New Hampshire State Police. Two Textures included in the pack along with a Directions for install text file.

The First of many more to come.

Hello everyone! Wow, finally updating the description on this pack is hard to do, because mostly I don't know what to put anymore. I want to start with by saying thank you for over 50k downloads, this pack has come a very long way from the start, and even further away from the very first release for FHP, which I would have to agree myself, it was wildly inaccurate, but this new pack is the most accurate it's ever been, which help from my friend echooo who is a Florida native, and who helped push me to get these things as close to the real life counterparts as possible. And now I am finally releasing LORE skins for this pack, which is a first ever for me. My time working on this pack, has also helped me new friends in the dev community, such as Skys, and Jank who I have both worked with to make FHP not only better and more compatible with his pack, but to also release new things, I probably wouldn't have ever made.

Guys! It's finally done! after 3 years of work, I am finally pushing out the final release to FHP, the full release. While I say final release, it the final release for any major changes, every update after this will just be visual updates, and fixes to things that might still be broken, the pack was tested heavily before release, so every car should be good to go. Everything after this update will just introduce fixes to lighting, livery updates for both real & lore ( if I remember to do lore liveries ), and so on. I am so happy to finally have this done. I've been working on it for over 3 years, and have put close to around $400 into the pack to make it the best I can.
I want to think everyone who has worked with me on the pack, to improve it and make it better. I also want to think everyone who tested it, and helped report major issues so they could be fixed, and I also want to thank my good friend @Echooo who not only put his own money into this project, but spent a lot of his own time, helping with the lighting, getting as close to real life as possible, thank you man!
I have big plans for the future of car development, including canceling old projects that I was going to work on, and only focusing on fresh new stuff, things I have never worked on before, I hope to see everyone on my next release! < Also is you want to learn more about this, you can join my discord, and I have it listed in there!

I recommend using @Skys Development pack as well. They both pair great together!

I recommend everyone download this mod, it goes great with the pack, and @Pavy was nice enough to take his time and make this, it sure does go a long way and makes this pack even better that now you can see what your driving before you even spawn it!
Do be warned though, some images may not reflect changes made to cars since this pack is still currently in the beta stages.

Miguelito reacted to Trp. Keaton for a file, [ELS] Miami-Dade Police [DLC/REPLACE]
Hello everyone, back once again with anotha pack. Today and honestly quite early in the morning, I am releasing my Miami-Dade pack to this wonderful community. Now I have never personally been to Miami or Dade county, but I have been to Florida probably like a million times, and I just love Florida in general. But Here is my version of Miami-Dade and while I did my best with what I had researched, I still think this pack looks absolutely amazing.

There are 20 cars included in this pack, including a retro style 2018 Dodge Charger, which I think looks stunning. There are a few other cool cars in here too including a CSI van (since I couldn't get a truck), A bomb Sqaud truck, a Ford Fusion, and a Durango.

    WARNING
With some of the cars I mentioned above such as the Fusion, Durango, and ESU Truck, These vehicles, are extremely high poly, Now while I did my best to try and reduce them a bit, they are still up there, so I am going to state do NOT use these car's if you are on a low end computer system. Furthermore, I am NOT responsible for any damage done to your system or game by using those cars. Now I am not saying they will do anything bad, as I can use them perfectly fine, not everyone has a top of the line fucking mega computer to play LSPDFR. This is both for DLC and REPLACE files.

I would also like to give a very special thanks to @Reddingtonfor help making an all blue light variant for the pack, that is included in the download for both DLC and REPLACE files.

OK with that out of the way, I hope everyone enjoy's these cars, as you know alot of work was put into them, and they turned out fantastic, but as I stated earlier, I have very limited knowledge of Miami-Dade so I did the best I could with everything.

Miguelito reacted to Trp. Keaton for a file, [ELS] Massachusetts State Police [DLC/REPLACE]
Hello all, here is my pack, Massachusetts State Police that I worked hard on.
This pack took me a bit longer to release then usual as I need to fix something, and I was super busy during a week of development.
But it's finally here, I hope everyone enjoys the cars.

The pack as usual contains cars that have multiple skins, all of the unmarked cars contain one skin that has a normal passenger plate, and another thing I did in this pack, that I haven't done before is all the passenger plates correspond with the year the vehicle was purchased. So if a car was bought in 2006, that plate number will in the format that Massachusetts used in the year of 2006.

All the cars in this pack, have lighting that are extremely if not exact lighting to the real life counterpart. Most of the cars have red and amber lights in the back, just like in real life.

With that being said, my next pack I am working on is Miami-Dade Police, and it's looking good so far, I really love Florida and I can't wait to share the car's with everyone.

    With that being said

IF you have any issues with the cars, please report them in my discord, or if you want to come hang out with some awesome people, or see my new work coming to lcpdfr, you can join today, or join from my website *link in my profile*, or if you would like to vote/suggest on a department I should make in the future, you can also do that on my discord as well.

    [Overview]:
Back with a massive internal overhaul County Callouts 1.0 will now use a newly created global master resource to pull common internal elements from. This will help expedite future updates of not only County Callouts but all my plugins that are soon to release. The biggest addition to CC 1.0 is the implemented XML files for each unique location callout. Previously we had up to 140+ unique locations for CC callouts but it still felt stale after visiting the same house for a domestic dispute over and over. Now you can add as many different unique locations as you want for each callout type. Navigate to the DModding folder within Plugins\LSPDFR and open the desired XML file. Each file has a description within on how to add more locations. I've also added some minor updates to calls such as the domestic dispute now has more dynamic locations for the suspects when entering an interior. There are also more scenario possibilities for certain callouts. I did however have to rush the cleaning up process just because I was so ready to finally have an update for everyone again. I have removed implementation of StopThePed and UltimateBackup. I've decided to remove them because I plan on advancing County Callouts to a point it will have enough features itself to make the need for another optional plugin redundant. I also do not want my plugins to feel they need to rely on another party to continuously update other plugins to ensure the best experience. I may implement it again in future versions but for now it will not directly implement the API. You may still use them but they will not being working together as before. Another version is already in the works and will feature some strong enhancements to the existing calls and AI behavior. If you encounter any bugs or glitches please report them ASAP so I can get them resolved. Check back frequently for the Highway Callouts preview release and future County Callouts updates.

    [original description]
County Callouts is a callout add-on for LSPD:FR featuring rural themed callouts. Most of these calls will not trigger within Los Santos city limits. They feature unique multi-scenario and dynamic calls that offer a higher replay value. As of the 0.4 beta version, there is now a full interaction menu system for CC spawned callouts. Lots of updates and touch ups to existing callouts but also the addition of two new calls: Domestic Dispute and Public Dispute. The domestic callout features full interior interaction on a variety of different scenarios. Please note that there are currently only two interiors used and they may not be the most 'fitting' in all locations but I hope to improve this in the future. The config file has also received some new settings for callout spawn chances. If there are any bugs, glitches, requests, complaints, or other then please feel free to let me know!

    [Callouts]:
    Currently Complete:
Vehicle collision with animal No response from Deputy, check requested (Multi-scenario Call) Reports of Illegal Off-Roading Stolen Sheriff Unit (Multi-scenario Call) Meth Lab Explosion (Multi-scenario/3 Unique Locations) [More locations coming soon!] Unstable Individual (Multi-scenario/30+ Unique Locations) Domestic Dispute (Multi-scenario/Unique Locations/Interiors) Public Dispute (Multi-scenario/Unique Locations)
    [How To Install]:
Place CountyCalls.dll, dlGlobal.dll, and the DModding folder into GTA V Directory/plugins/LSPDFR.
Place the CC audio folder into GTA V Directory/lspdfr/audio/scanner.
Place RAGENATIVEUI in your GTA V directory.
Load up LSPD:FR and go on-duty. Wait for County Callouts.
