Installation:
 
Install Prowler Radio. You do not need to unzip this folder simply open the NYPD Police Radio Display Plugin folder, find the display you want and drag it in the textures folder on the next step. Go to your game directory/plugins/lspdfr/prowler radio and replace the textures folder with the textures folder inside the file you want, choose from Citywide patrol, special operations division or New York State Police. Sorry if the directions are confusing but i'm available to hlp if you cannot figure it out.

This mod changes the traditional GTA5 bills to Japanese 10,000 yen bills.
A new 10,000 yen bill was produced on July 3, 2024, and the person in the picture was changed from Yukichi Fukuzawa to Eiichi Shibusawa. Other designs are also changed to the new one.

Just some notes
- You are Allowed to make your own news organization either if it's Lore or Non-lore
- Font recommended: Bahnschrift, but any font can do, please try to avoid comic sans as it would look dumb as hell. 
- I do plan on making more based off of other news companies (whenever I feel like making some)
-One more thing, to use this pack effectively, I highly suggest you use Photoshop (or equivalent like Paint(dot) net aka what I use) make sure it's two+ layers (One for the actual ingame screenshot and one for the actual overlay)
