    Lots of questions!
     
    Drag and drop the 2 files in the Plugins folder!
     
    If you just replace those files I said above then no
    If you reinstalled LSPDFR then your characters won't be transferred unless you sync your account
     
    Just delete their corresponding files GTAV/Plugins/LSPDFR
