Hello! JosephW here! This is my second DOJ livery so its still new to me!

The vehicle was made by Pulse Modifications

Requirements:    
            -https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/vehiclemodels/36147-cirt-volkswagen-transporter/
            -OpenIV (Basic Knowledge)
 
Installation is quite simple:
For single liveries -
    Replace the drag and drop the model and YTD into OpenIV and edit the car_sign_1 to the .png for the livery you want.
    Remember to click save. Open the .YDD and make sure everything works.
    You can search a video if needed. It is the same process for all vehicle in GTA.

Alternative Liveries may be made using the provided template (if uploaded MUST NOT contain the car files, ONLY the texture you created).

About:
These models are based off the ACT Fire and Rescue Heavy CAFS Tanker primarily used for fighting bush and grass fires however regularly seen assisting with many fires and incidents within ACT and its border regions inlcuding Remote Structural and Aviation Incidents.

This vehicle features a toggleable amber beacon under EXTRA 1 - This beacon makes the vehicle meet the requirements for use at airports. This vehicle also features a working front water monitor. Due to GTA V limitations the water monitors on the rear are non-functioning.
 
This vehicle is NON-ELS however I have attached a ELS XML which enables its use with ELS meaning the lights will work no matter if you are using ELS or NON-ELS.
The files are FiveM ready.

Terms Of Service (TOS)
• The leaking, distribution or reuploading of textures/skins/models anywhere without permission is a breach of TOS 
• Attempting to rip any texture/skin/model will result in a Permanant Ban From Pulse Modifications (if you would like to get a part off this model just ask and i can help you)
• You must first ask permission to use any textures/skins/models in a FiveM Server as part of a clan/community. I would personally like to know where my stuff is being used. (Courtesy goes a long way, it would be very rare I would say no)
• Anything that is released by Pulse Modifications will then go under TOS. If TOS is breached, your use of the texture/model may be revoked.
• You May make and release a skin with the provided template but you cannot release with the model, (Model Should be linked in the description) If I find you have released the model I will ask you to take it down If you refuse More action will be taken 
 

This is my first public release so don't shoot me for stuff that might not be right.
