    Откройте каталог GTA 5. Затем следуйте
    Плагины> LSPDFR> PoliceSmartRadio
    и замените папку «Аудио» моей папкой «Аудио».
    Теперь диспетчер отвечает за русский язык при тестировании номеров автомобилей.
    И ваш персонаж теперь произносит фразу по запросу.
