Alright ill try to remove Smart Radio and Traffic Police. and everytime it crashes im mostly calling for backup. Through either of these plugins or through LSPDFR? Also, if you are running any other game modifications such as vehicle mods, try renaming your "mods" folder to "modsOld" and run the game. It's unlikely this is causing the crash for you though, but it's definitely worth a shot if it turns out not to be script related. ive found a solution i replaced the vehicles.meta and handling.meta with the default and it doesnt crash anymore! thanks for your help though.

Try and delete your command line in your GTA V main folder to see if that works

Remove ragenativeui.dll out of your plugins folder and put it in your main game folder maybe
