    This skin is modeled after the Huntington Beach Police Department's current FPIU's.  The model this was created for is BradM's FPIU from his San Andreas State Police pack linked above.  I've also included a modified els file with a lighting setup that I prefer to the one provided with the vehicle model.  The els xml also originates from BradM's vehicle model above.
