OPERATION LINEWATCH

Operation Linewatch is a focused drug-related callout pack featuring four fully developed callouts, with more planned for future releases. Designed specifically for British-themed LSPDFR setups, it uses authentic UK policing terminology and integrates directly with NPCAI to provide natural, dynamic conversations instead of conventional preset “press Y” dialogue. Callout scenes are generated dynamically around the player rather than relying on a limited collection of fixed locations, while multiple possible outcomes ensure that every incident remains unpredictable and rewards proper investigation.

FEATURED CALLOUTS

Suspected Drug Dealer - Respond to the 999 call and speak to the caller about a potential drug dealer in the area - investigate the dealer and find lawful grounds for a stop and search before proceeding.
Intelligence Ping on a Vehicle Trafficking Drugs - Respond to an area and scan for a vehicle we have intelligence is transporting drugs. Observe the vehicle and investigate further.
County Lines Welfare Concern - A caller is concerned about a young adult they know who may be being coerced into selling drugs for an Organized Crime Group, investigate and safeguard the person being exploited - if they are being exploited.
Potentially Drug Related Collapse - A caller has phoned in about someone they have seen collapse and suspect drug involvement - ensure the person collapsed gets first aid and attempt to locate the supplier.

PLANNED CALLOUTS

Suspected Drug use in a nightclub - A member of a nightclub security team has radioed in for assistance at a local nightclub where he suspects a customer is providing drugs to others inside the establishment.
Building suspected of producing cannabis - A concerned member of the community has reported a building on their street that they believe is growing and producing cannabis - proceed to the location and investigate.
Drug related Arrest Warrant - Intelligence about a local drug dealer with an arrest warrant being in a local park has come through from a CI - respond to the location and search for the dealer.

BlueLink - UK Police National Computer & ANPR System

BlueLink is a plugin designed to provide a British replacement for the compulite & ALPR lite plugins made by bejojo. These are both great mods however lacked the British theme that I pursue in my gameplay so designed this to fully integrate with stop the ped and provide a good computer and ANPR system.

FEATURES
Fully stop-the-ped integrated ANPR system with accurate British intelligence flags - Such as firearms markers, drugs markers, fail to stop markers. These markers are interactive with gameplay. For example, someone with a drugs marker has a higher chance of having drug items on them, someone with a firearms marker is more likely to possess a firearm and everyone with a marker on them also has a higher base chance to flee when being pulled over.
In-depth PNC system that also integrates into STP and the ANPR system using a shared database of people. I.e. if you obtain ID of a subject all that information will be shown correctly within the PNC itself.
Dynamic intelligence system - finding illegal items on a subject actively updates their police history and intelligence with markers being added for drugs and firearms and the same goes with when they are charged. Being charged with GBH will give someone a violence marker etc. All intelligence can also be manually recorded by the officer if needed.
Accurate court system - the PNC features a court outcome system where you can view the plea they took, the verdict, their final sentence/disposal. A similar system is in place for Traffic Offence Reports which follows a slightly different system due to traffic courts operating different to criminal courts. However both are in good detail for immersion.
Persistent Database - The PNC is persistent through every time you play meaning overtime you can build large amounts of intelligence on people and it builds overtime rather than resetting every time you play.
Interactive Arrest and Traffic Offence Reports - Both reports are interactive with multiple stages including: Charges, Officer Notes, Evidence and outcome.
Separated Vehicle and People intelligence - Some vehicles may have firearms and drugs markers but the owner does not and vice versa.

KNOWN ISSUES
Mouse on the PNC interface hovers below text - not game-breaking but takes away from clean aesthetic.
Some plugins may still pop up when typing on the PNC I have disabled gta v controls and as many plugin hotkeys as I can from my end. There is only so much I can do.
