    Should add that there is a lot of room for error when you do this. I would save them to your desktop and see if the game loads with the vanilla files : D

    You might want to try these https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/19337/fix-for-game-memory-error-may-2018-by-police18651 if you haven't already. This is usually the issue when it comes with loading car mods and crashing in GTA 5.

    Yep, however I did change the handling lines like I always do in vehicles.meta and its happened to be before where i misspelled something and it causes the game not to work. I've went over everything probably 12 times to make sure it looks good and it does. I'm probably just going to check a couple more times and if I cant fix it ill just use my most recent backed up mods folder. I was just curious if something else might have been causing it to crash. Thanks for the help.

    Exception message: Could not load file or assembly 'RAGENativeUI, Version=1.6.3.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
     
    Have you this file in your GTA 5 folder? If not install it
