  1. So friend, I'm aware of the bugs that are happening, I disappeared from here for a while, because I'm working to fix the bugs, and release 2.1, I realized that the new version of NAudio, makes this plugin a little unstable, and I'm trying to fix this before the release of 2.1, and trying to solve compatibility bugs with other community plugins
  2. It would be a callsign and police status plugin, very similar to Grammar Police, but simpler, so it wouldn't be so heavy, and for people who can't play with Grammar Police, I've already released it, Officer Radio Status
  3. Thanks for reporting. If you're experiencing a crash when selecting "10-8 | On Patrol", it's most likely caused by missing or incorrect NAudio dependencies (especially `NAudio.Wave.WaveOutEvent` from `NAudio.Wasapi.dll`). These DLLs are already included in the Officer Radio Status ZIP file. Please make sure you extracted **all the files**. Important: The NAudio DLLs must be placed in the **root folder of your GTA V installation**, like this: Grand Theft Auto V\NAudio.dll Grand Theft Auto V\NAudio.Wasapi.dll Just to confirm, did you extract and place all DLLs from the ZIP into the correct folder? Let me know if the issue persists.
  4. The NAudio is in the root folder of GTA V Yes, I realized later that NAudio was out of date, I'll release a fix today to solve this maybe it's the outdated Naudio, which may not be working, or another plugin is making it impossible, go to the .INI and change the key to one you don't use
  5. but then it would be a backup plugin, I have plans to make a backup plugin in the future but I intend to add some k9 features to OfficerRadioStatus, I may not be able to add the k9 backup option, as it is a bit complex to do, but there are some good things to do with this theme
  8. Grammar Police is used by voice commands. This is just a plugin for calling and police status. As there are people who don't like and can't play Grammar Police, I created this plugin just for them. Thank you bro
  9. There are some plugins that already do this, like More Radio Chatter, and XSCANNER, they are 2 wonderful plugins
  10. I really liked the idea, join the discord server to help with them
  11. I understand what you meant, I myself can't play Grammar Police because it's not in my language, and I'm not fluent in English or Spanish, so I created this plugin to play and have that callsign feeling, I really liked your idea, could you present it better?
  12. It is possible to do this, but it will take me a lot of time, since it is literally my first time programming something like this, but if that is really what you want, I can do it.
  13. Tell me more about your idea, and I can implement it in the plugin. but I need you to present this idea to me well
  14. Are you talking about compatibility with GRAMMA POLICE RADIO?

  16. I'm developing a plugin for LSPDFR, with calling. The plugin's purpose is for your police officer to have an identification, like (7-ADAM-15). It's not designed to play with GRAMMAR POLICE. I'm making it for people who can't play with Grammar Police, like me. So far, the plugin has the following features: The purpose of the post is: what other features could I add to the plugin? ✅ Current Features 🎛️ 1. Status Menu with Custom Colors The K key opens a menu with the following statuses: On Patrol → Light Blue Off Patrol → Gray On Route → Yellow Traffic Stop → Orange On Scene → Green In Pursuit → Red When a status is selected, a dispatch-style notification is displayed, with an icon and sound. 🛑 2. Panic Button (P key) Press P: Sets the status to In Pursuit. Plays emergency sound. Displays a radio call-style notification. Requests Code 3 backup on site. 🚓 3. Automatic Pursuit Detection When the player enters combat inside a vehicle: The status automatically changes to In Pursuit. Local backup is automatically requested. A radio sound and notification are played. 📞 4. Automatic Callout Detection When initiating a callout with LSPDFR: The status automatically changes to On Route. Displays a notification with the region name and radio sound. 📍 5. Dispatch-Style Notifications All status changes (manual or automatic) are presented as notifications with: CHAR_CALL911 icon (radio center). Name of the region where the player is located (via WorldZone). Stylized text: Status: ~y~[Status]~s~. Optional sound (enabled in .ini).
  17. Hi everyone, I was wondering if there is any update on the development of LSPDFR 0.5.0 or 0.4.10. It seems like it’s been a while since the last official news, and I’m really excited to see what the team has been working on. Also, while we wait for more information, I’d like to share a few ideas that could make LSPDFR even more immersive and enjoyable: 🔹 Apartments / Houses This apartment mechanic in the game is really cool and brings a great experience. It would be interesting to have more property options or a way to actually purchase apartments and houses. Many players do a sort of roleplay with LSPDFR, so the possibility of buying properties in residential areas in northeast Los Santos, near Mission Row, or in the area around the casino would make everything even more immersive. 🔹 Tattoos It would be great to customize the officer with tattoos. Currently, we can access the tattoo studio menu, but we can’t actually apply them. Implementing this feature would greatly enhance immersion and let us create unique characters. 🔹 Police Partners I really miss a native partner mechanic like we had in LCPDFR. Today, Ultimate Backup provides this function, but it still has a lot of bugs. It would be amazing to have official partners in the mod, including the ability for them to drive the patrol car while the player sits in the passenger seat. 🔹 Mechanics from Police Simulator: Patrol Officers I think some players here have already tried this interesting game, which has many mechanics that could be adapted for LSPDFR, such as: Shift schedules and working hours. Office activities like filing reports and checking information. A more advanced in-car computer system. 🔹 In-Depth Investigations It would be very interesting to add callouts where the officer needs to collect evidence at the crime scene, like photos, fingerprints, and witness statements. There could also be a case archiving system in the station’s computer and surveillance missions to watch suspects before making an arrest. 🔹 Integration with Firefighters and EMS It would be great to have more interaction with firefighters and paramedics. Maybe even allow the player to take shifts as a paramedic or firefighter in the same save file, creating a complete First Responder experience. 🔹 Career Progression Adding a progression system where the officer can get promotions and unlock new equipment (weapons, vehicles, uniforms), progressing from rookie to sergeant or lieutenant. It would also be interesting to earn badges or medals for certain types of service. 🔹 Deeper Interaction with Civilians and Criminals It would be nice to have more detailed dialogue options, like questions and answers in an interrogation style. Also, it would be great to recruit informants who can provide tips about criminal activities, creating new investigation opportunities. These are some ideas that, in my opinion, could make LSPDFR even more complete and enjoyable. If anyone has any recent info about how development is going, I’d love to hear it. And to the developers: thanks for all the hard work you’ve put into making LSPDFR such an amazing mod. Thanks!
