This mini pack gives you the ability to use the New 2024 Mustang by Officer TenPenny and a 2020 FPIU for your next patrol! 
 

This pack is based out of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. It is a multi agency pack with Police, Blaine county, and San Andreas State Patrol to include everyone. I know not everyone would want to run Police all the time. I changed the color scheme of the different departments so if you were to run them all together they would not be the same. Pictures taken by TruenoxX!

New statewide texture pack featuring all major departments: SASP, LSSD, BCSO and coming soon LSPD. These departments reflect their jurisdictions with all new designs featuring mountains, the country, and the city skylines. All textures are also in the process of being reworked to add more detail and decals. While I am in the process of creating these new textures I would like requests or suggestions for department positions, ranks, unit numbers, or special decals added to skins. Also, if you are a vehicle model author or dev and would like these skins featured on a new model please let me know. I would love to see these used on an actual vehicle model pack and not solely a texture pack.

Use openiv. Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchdayXXng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gtaV/vehicles.rpf
Find your YTD file for the vehicle used. 
I then search Sign
Replace the Sign listed with the new Sign from the file.
I drag the png file from my download to my desktop and replace it that way. If you know of another way feel free to use it. 
 
If you use my skins in a video or want to take pictures of them please message me for permission and credit me in the video or pic. Thank You!
