Information:
Hello again! I know I've been gone a long time and ya'll probably assumed I was dead or something... well I'm not! 
 
Here's a little pack for you all. It was meant to start off as a mini-pack and it got way out of hand, and then sat in my files for a few months. This is a pack based loosely of Portland, Seattle and Ann Anbor, a nice hybrid that melded together to form this monstrousity. Somehow it all ended up being an all Ford pack. Right back to my hole.

THIS PACK HAS TWO OPTIONS!
1) Non-DLC: A pick and choose pack. You will need to name the vehicles into the slots you want to use.
2) DLC: The DLC will replace the vanilla police slots and add the rest of the vehicles as addons.

Features: 
Flashing lights Each vehicle has 4 liveries, changeable in using a trainer. Marked units have 4 liveries with various unit numbers and district colours Unmarked/Ghost units have 2 ghost liveries, one unit colour livery and a transparent livery so you can set your own colour using a trainer. Variety of lighting colours and lightbar tints (e.g. clear lightbar, blue tint to go with blue lighting). Toggleable ALPRs through a trainer (extra_ten) No clue what else to write... just check it out

I have added a series of FAQs and Troubleshooting documents, including fixing NVR/VisualV texture issues and tint to this download.
 
These vehicles are not made to the specification of any specific department. Please don't comment on it being inaccurate or whatever. It's not meant to be accurate. 
 
I will not be providing support in installing these files. All the info is in the ReadMe.

Known Bugs:
2020 FPIU is model file is quite large. I've edited it down as much as I could, but if you are getting issues in game, simply delete the vehicle from the files/ 
        don't use it in a slot that the game has to load to patrol with.   
If there are bugs or whatever, just PM me or leave a comment.

REVAMP IN THE WORKS
Lau and I has agreed to revamp this project however we will be starting over from scratch. 
 
Background of this project:
My friend Lau and me had this idea to make a complete police pack for the State Of San Andreas so now we are ready to release it to you guys.
 
Install:
Look up "Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks" and then copy "sanandreas" in to that folder
Look up "Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data" and then open "dlclist.xml" and paste "<Item>dlcpacks:/sanandreas/</Item>" in
Look up "Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default" and paste the stuff in "ELS" in your download in
Install EUP 8.2 (L&O) and then look up "Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf\" and paste the content of "EUP" in there

This is my 3rd project I have finished. This project is still a work in progress. It's 90% accurate for the most part. Any issues should be commented below in a respectful manner. 
 
This vehicle is optimized for ELS.
 
To replace you need to learn how to do so, there are many tutorials on how to. 
 
Installation Instructions:
1. Open the 13piu.rar and click on the folder.
2. Go into OpenIV and on the top right of the screen press "Edit Mode"
3. From there, navigate to dlc packs using this pathway: mods> update> x64> dlcpacks
4. Drag and drop "13piu"
After that go you'll have to go into dlclist:
1. mods> update> update.rpf> common> data>
2. Open "dlclist.xml"
3. Add a new line "<Item>dlcpacks:/13piu/</Item>"
4. Press save then close it.
ELS:
1. Go to  GTAV directory or OpenIV directory and find your ELS folder.
2. Click into "pack_default" and drop the 13FPIU.xml file in there.
