    Looks like nothing but ordinary start-up CTD.
    Try start without RPH. If this happens without RPH:
    First try disable your mods folder. If not working, try disable your LML (rename version.dll to version). If not working, try disable your ASI loader (rename dinput8.dll to dinput8). If not working, verify the game. If not working, finally, reinstall the game. All these options require follow-up diagnosis. Do not consider issue resolved if any of above works, because these are only initial steps to locate the issue.
