However, please read the following.
 
The following plugins are outdated. This means they are not updated for the latest LSPDFR version.
I'd suggest their removal for the smoothest experience as they may cause issues.
However, if you find this fixes the issue, you are welcome to try re-adding them.
Though if an issue does reappear, then the plugin(s) should not be kept.

Hi there, and sorry Chris for nipping this thread. Not sorry.
Your issue is that your POLICE2 model is invalid. This is likely to be an issue with a .meta entry, specifically vehicles.meta.
Revert all changes - and don't drag & drop .meta files! That is a likely cause to this issue.

That's illegal - you should ignore those youtubers who say that.
Those files are copyrighted and uploading those .exe files violates that.
 
This also is something no one can share - again it is copyrighted and therefore illegal.
 
You should update RAGE & LSPDFR instead of trying to play on an old version. 🙂

Please rename your mods folder to _mods; this will temporarily disable your mods folder.

No. From my link; then drag and drop the .dll file into your main directory.

Try deleting the lspdfr folder in its entirety. Make a backup of keys.ini if you have changed the LSPDFR keybinds.
Then reinstall it from the LSPDFR manual install.

A) It did not cause this crash. Nor have I seen it cause crashes. You basically pulled this solution out of a hat.
B) It was updates less than a year ago.
C) @DranokYou need to install RageNativeUI. That is why you are crashing. No other reason.

Ironically, you are not on the latest version of RageNativeUI.
Get the latest from the repository here. 

First up, remove PoliceSmartRadio & retry; it is outdated and I would advise its removal.

The directory you wish to use must be called the original name; in this case "Grand Theft Auto V"
You should rename them when you want to use them, so in this case the other can be called "Grand Theft Auto V - Clean" and your one with LSPDFR be called "Grand Theft Auto V"

ENB affects how RAGE hooks to GTAV, so enter story mode without RAGE and only when you are in-game, should you launch RAGE.
