You'd need to finish any outstanding missions then, you can use LSPDFR without these...interupptions. 😄

If you have a custom gameconfig, heap & packfile adjuster installed, then you've most likely made an error.
In which case, you need to revert your recent changes.
You mention that you've done this, which would leave you with no choice but to re-do your mods folder; unfortunately no log will provide insight as to what is going wrong.
