    An XML file you modified or installed recently has an XML error, likely inputted incorrectly. If I had my guess, the file you are looking for is in lspdfr/data/custom/stations_sahp.xml. The particular error lies at line 28, position 1. Edit this file and look for any discrepancies along that line, and make adjustments accordingly. You sound like you are simply missing an argument, like <.
