  2. Realistic Taser
    By YobB1n | Version 1.1.3 | Released August 19, 2022

Join My Discord Server for Updates and Early Releases,
and find more of my Mods at my Website.
    Introduction
This plugin aims to change one of the most unrealistic parts about LSPDFR - the taser. As it currently stands now, the taser will always successfully stun the suspect up until a certain threshold, where the taser is then out of range and ineffective. This plugin has two options - either a user-defined probability of the taser being effective regardless of the range, or a probability depending on how far away the taser is from the suspect.

    Requirements
LSPDFR 0.4.9 (Or Newer, if applicable)
    Most Recent Version of RagePluginHook
Most Recent, Legal Copy of GTAV (Steam, Epic, or Retail All Work)

    Installation Instructions
Unzip the file. Copy ALL of the Contents of the “Grand Theft Auto V” folder into your MAIN “Grand Theft Auto V” or “GTAV” Directory, which contains “GTAV.exe” in it.

    Features
All these features can be customized and enabled/disabled in the RealisticTaser.ini Config File.

Taser Success Probability - Specify the probability of the taser being successful, regardless of how far away the player is from the Suspect
Taser Success Based on Range - The probability of the taser being successful depends on how far the player is from the Suspect. A detailed description is below.
Scale Factor - Change how the Taser behaves based on your “feel” for the game.
Limit Reloads - Limit the taser to a certain amount of shots (default is 2) as in real life. Reload Animations can be enabled/disabled.
Replenish Taser in Vehicle - The Taser will replenish to the specified amount of shots every time the player enters a Police Vehicle
UI - A basic UI indicating how many shots are left in the Taser, similar to the Ammo Counter for other weapons. Can be adjusted or disabled entirely.
Dry Fire - The Taser will produce a Dry Fire (click) sound if fired when not reloaded.

    How the Plugin Works
As mentioned, there are two main options with this plugin. A detailed description of how each option works is below:
    User-defined Taser Success Probability
Using the “Taser Success Probability” option in the Config file, you can specify the probability that the taser will be effective, regardless of how far the player is from the suspect, provided the suspect is within the default taser range. Setting this to 0 means the taser will never work, and 100 will always work (provided the suspect is in range).

By default, this is set to 69% (nice), the average taser effectiveness reported by Police Departments in 12 major U.S. cities in 2015, according to a 2019 NPR article titled “Despite Widespread Use, Police Rate Tasers As Less Effective Than Believed”.

    Range-defined Taser Success Probability
This is, in my opinion, the better option. When “Taser Success Based on Range” is set to true in the Config file, the chance of an effective taser deployment will depend on how far away the player is from the suspect. This is the default setting.

Using the above data from the same article from both New York and Fort Worth, it is clear that taser effectiveness is far higher when the suspect is between 3 feet (1 meters) and 10 feet (3 meters) away. Effectiveness drops significantly after this threshold. Extrapolating this data results in the following graph (note the probability of success (%) is the y-axis, and the range (in meters) is the x-axis.

If you are curious, this results in the function
y = 60.7539 / x^0.824732 - 12.821 where x is the range between the Suspect and Officer in meters. Of course, this is only an approximation based on yearly data from just two Police Departments, but it’s what I went with. This means that you will have to be quite close to the suspect in order for the taser to be reliable, which is true to life. The taser may still work at farther distances, but its reliability will drop off considerably quickly as demonstrated in the above graph.

    GTAV Distance Scaling - Important!
An important note, GTAV does not have the same distance scale as real life (distances in GTAV are much larger than they would feel in real life). Think about how you can easily drive over 150 km/h on a city street in GTAV, but it seems far slower than 150 km/h would actually be. The setting “Scale Factor” will multiply the distance between the player shooting the taser and the suspect to compensate for this. The default is 3, higher values will increase the taser’s effective range, lower values will decrease it. You can adjust this to what feels realistic and natural for you.

    How to Use
This is an LSPDFR plugin. It is placed in the Plugins/LSPDFR folder. It will be available once you load LSPDFR and go on duty. This plugin originally was intended as an RPH standalone plugin, however there was a bug that seemed to occur whenever LSPDFR was loaded. I may release the standalone version of this plugin in the future if people request it.

  3. Fort Zancudo Callouts
    By YobB1n | Version 1.1.0.0 | Released Sep. 1, 2021

Join My Discord Server for Updates and Early Releases!

    Introduction
Fort Zancudo Callouts are finally here! Please read on for installation instructions and how to use this plugin. Please remember to report all issues, as this is a beta release.
    Requirements
LSPDFR 0.4.8 (Or Newer, if applicable)
RagePluginHook 1.85.1283.16159 (Or Newer, if applicable)
Most Recent, Legal Copy of GTAV (Steam, Epic, or Retail All Work)
EUP Serve & Rescue (For Custom Backup)
    Installation Instructions
Unzip the File. Choose if you want Fort Zancudo agencies (backup and uniforms). If you do, you will need EUP Serve & Rescue Installed. If you do not, you will only need LSPDFR installed. Copy ALL of the “Contents to GTAV” folder into your MAIN “Grand Theft Auto V” or “GTAV” Directory, which contains “GTAV.exe” in it. Replace if prompted.
    How to Use
    Fort Zancudo Callouts Menu
Once you go on duty, the Fort Zancudo Callouts Menu will be available when you press F5. You can change this keybind in the FortZancudoCallouts.ini Settings File. The menu allows you to:
Receive Fort Zancudo Callouts - When selected, you will receive Fort Zancudo Callouts. You can choose to automatically load the callouts on startup in the settings file.  Please note, once you select this, the callouts will not be unregistered until you go off duty and go on duty again. While you can disable the callouts, this will result in all the Fort Zancudo Callouts aborting once they start, instead of being unloaded completely, resulting in a “ghost” callout of sorts.
Receive Only Fort Zancudo Callouts - I’ve found that a lot of normal callouts work well in Fort Zancudo as well. Depending on how you want to play, you can either choose to receive a variety of all your callouts, including Fort Zancudo Callouts, or only callouts from this pack. Please note this only works if you have selected to Receive Fort Zancudo Callouts First.
Callout Frequency - How often callouts are randomly generated when Receiving Only Fort Zancudo Callouts. The default is 60 seconds. If you choose random, it will randomly choose a frequency between 30 seconds and 5 minutes.
Teleport to Fort Zancudo - Teleports the player to Fort Zancudo (around the centre of the base). Does not work if the player is already in Fort Zancudo.
Spawn Military Police Cruiser - Currently just spawns any vehicle you specify in the settings file. I’m considering doing an LML package in the future that will utilize this.
    Custom LSPDFR Data Files
If you opt to install custom agencies, you’ll get custom LSPDFR data files that allow you to access the “FZMP'' agency (Fort Zancudo Military Police) in the LSPDFR agency system. It also allows you to call for various backup units exclusive to Fort Zancudo and the surrounding areas.

Please note, you will need EUP Serve & Rescue installed for the outfits to work correctly. If you have an older version installed and the outfits do not work, try removing the current “outfits_fzmp” and renaming the “outfits_fzmp_old” to “outfits_fzmp”. If someone has more knowledge about EUP and uniforms, please message me. I’m not very good with uniforms and the like.
    Callouts
Helicopter Search - Conduct a search of a helicopter suspected of carrying stolen military weapons.
Lost Hiker - San Andreas State Park Rangers have requested assistance in searching for a hiker last seen in the area around the base.
Military Base Attack - Several heavily armed gang members have attacked the entrance to the base.
Military Base Photography - Investigate reports of somebody taking pictures of the base through the fence.
Military base Shooting - A rogue soldier has opened fire on bystanders.
Military Base Trespassing - Investigate reports of somebody attempting to breach the perimeter fence and enter the base.
Military Convoy Ambush - A Military Convoy has been ambushed by Gang Members. This Callout is a Work in Progress; Please Report Any Issues. Only One Location Currently.
Military DUI - Perform a Traffic Stop on a Vehicle with a Suspected Impaired Driver.
Officer Transport - A High-Ranking Officer requires transport across the base.
Stolen Military Hardware - Perform a Traffic Stop on a vehicle suspected of carrying stolen military weapons.
Stolen Military Vehicle - This is literally just another stolen vehicle callout, except with a military vehicle instead. Sorry.
Stolen Valor - A person claiming to be a member of the military has failed to prove their service. Investigate the situation.
    Recommended Mods
Thesee are in the screenshots, I recommend them for increased immersion.
    Unmarked Vehicle Pack by Marsacom
Fort Zancudo Military Police Liveries by Mickey
    Known Bugs/Issues
Here are a few minor bugs/issues I have been made aware of currently:
GPS Route - Even though I have opened the GPS map for Fort Zancudo, there is currently no way to enable GPS routes to destinations within the base. I believe this is a limitation with GTAV unfortunately.
    Bug Reporting and Requests
Please report all bugs or issues so that I can work on them. Please Do NOT report bugs in the review of the plugin. Instead, please leave a message on my discord server in the bug reports channel with a concise description of the problem (a ragepluginhook.log is helpful if there is a crash :)) and a solution if you have one. If you have any improvements for existing callouts, or suggestions for future callouts, please also leave a message on my discord or a comment.
    Support
For the best support outside of this plugin, please either use the support channel on my server, or the official RagePluginHook Discord Server.
    Coming Soon
A variety of new callouts (already started but not complete as of now)
Some of the callouts have room for investigations at the end. I am considering adding in-depth investigations for these callouts in a later release.
I have left room for a potential LML package for various Military Police Cruisers that would be integrated within the plugin. As this is a Beta release I felt this is more than enough to start.
    Support the Effort 🙂
If you enjoy the callouts please share them with your friends and leave a positive review, and report bugs so the experience can be better for everyone. Also, it would mean a lot if you consider supporting me on PayPal, https://bit.ly/3iBmnsn. These callouts took a lot of time and your support helps allow me to keep improving and making new content. 4. Door Control
    By YobB1n | Version 1.0.0.0 | Released November 25, 2020
    Discord Server Link: https://discord.com/invite/Wj522qa5mT
This is a simple LSPDFR Plugin that allows you to change when the door stays open after exiting your police vehicle, and makes managing your police vehicle while on duty a touch easier and more realistic. It requires you to be on duty through LSPDFR. It is not intended as a direct replacement for KTFDO, as it is not a standalone RPH plugin. It rather implements a feature I personally wanted to add to LSPDFR. Door control, as well as the menu, only works for police vehicles.
    Features
DOOR CONTROL - The door of your police vehicle will always remain open after exiting. DOOR CONTROL ONLY ON TRAFFIC STOPS/PURSUITS - More Realistic, the door of your police vehicle will only remain open when on a traffic stop, active pursuit, or if the player is in combat. This was the main reason I made this plugin, I wanted a more realistic option - The main times a police officer will leave the door open is for cover, usually on a pursuit, traffic stop, or other high-risk pullover. OTHER VEHICLE OPTIONS - Including Opening/Closing police vehicle doors, cleaning/repairing police vehicle, teleporting to your most recent police vehicle, and spawning your favourite police vehicle. FULL CONTROLLER SUPPORT - The Default Controller Key to Exit the Vehicle is set to 'Y'. If Door Control does not engage, you may have to change it in the .ini. The default menu toggle key is Right Control Key, and there is none for Controller, so you will also have to add it in the .ini if you do not want to use the keyboard. If you have KTFDO already installed, this plugin is still compatible. Simply set "Load Door Control on Startup" to false in the .ini settings, and you can still choose whether or not to keep the door open with the key press. If you enable Door Control on Pursuits/Traffic Stops Only, this makes it very convenient.
    Requirements
LSPDFR 0.4.8 (Or Newer, if applicable)
RagePluginHook 1.81.1410.16064 (Or Newer, if applicable)
    RageNativeUI
Most Recent, Legal Copy of GTAV (Retail, Epic Games, or Steam all Work)
    Installation
Unzip the file. Copy ALL of the Contents of the “Grand Theft Auto V” folder into your MAIN “Grand Theft Auto V” or “GTAV” Directory, which contains “GTAV.exe” in it.
    How to Use
Go on duty, either by using a police station or typing 'forceduty' into the RPH console. Do NOT load this plugin through the RPH console. This plugin will load automatically once you go on duty. If you can load this plugin through RPH console, you did not install it correctly. Press "Right Control Key" or Whatever You Changed the Key to, to open the menu.  By Default, Door Control will be enabled on startup. Door Control only during traffic stops and Pursuits is not. You can change what is enabled on startup in the .ini Settings file, or enable/disable features in-game, using the menu. Please note, if you enable/disable Door Control while currently in a police vehicle, you will have to exit, then re-enter the vehicle for the changes to take effect. What to Do if you Have a Bug/Recommendation
Please, report any/all bugs or issues so that I can work on them. Do NOT report bugs in the review of the plugin. Instead, leave a message in my discord server, or comment on the plugin page of LSPDFR (the page you downloaded this pack from) with a concise description of the problem and a solution if you have one.
