I am aware of the guide the mods put up, but it didn't work for me. I am playing on the Epic Games version of GTA V, although i don't think that has anything to do with it. Everytime, GTA V and Rage hook load normally, but then once I go to select a character, it either lets me select a character, then crashes, or it just crashes when I'm in the locker room. In any case, it crashes before I can get on duty. I tried restarting my computer, no luck. The only other modifications I have on GTA V are an Enhanced Native Trainer, Scripthook V, and all the other little things that come with those 2 things. However, I don't think those are the problem, because the game was perfectly fine with them, but without LSPDFR. I just got the latest version of LSPDFR and it has never let me past the choose a character page before going on duty. I don't have any other mods that might be incompatible. Here's the log.
