    So I am trying to make my LSPDFR game as realistic as possible and I got into playing around with vocal dispatch. I was then wondering about using a mod like vocal dispatch but to use it to ask for license and registration,preform frisks,ask questions etc. I did some looking and saw that people tried doing this in GTA IV in 2014 and 2015 using VAC but not much was posted about it and I coudnt find anything recent on the topic. If anyone knows how to use VAC to do this or a different mod that can preform the actions I described then please comment. Thanks.

    okay so i just crashed lspdfr when I went on duty and it says:
     
    "VocalDispatch: Encountered an error possibly relating to locale. Do you have the correct language pack installed?"
     
    what is wrong and what do i need to do please help
