    Chill Callouts is causing your LSPDFR to crash it seems. I've had this problem too 10 minutes ago, removing Chill Callouts stopped LSPDFR from crashing.

    Did you clear out the insides of CustomRegion.xml? if not, you have to remove everything in between
    <UltimateBackup>
    and
    </UltimateBackup>

    Do this for CustomRegions.xml not DefaultRegion.xml
