This mod is made for SUP 1.5 , I didn't test it for any older version and dont have access at the newer so try at
your own risk !

You must have SUP downloaded for the mod to work

INSTALLATION
DRAG&DROP :
Simply drag mp_m_freemode_01_p_male_xmas2 into your "sup\dlc.rpf\x64\sup_componentpeds_p.rpf" and you should be
fine

TEXTURE ONLY : 
Go to sup\dlc.rpf\x64\sup_componentpeds_p.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_p_male_xmas2\p_head_diff_001_a.ytd
Then replace the texture with the one I included

INSTALLATION:
Start OpenIV : download openIV.ASI & ASI Loader
(if you haven't already) create a "mods" folders and copy Update,X64,Common.rpf to you "mods" folder you can add other ".rpf" files (example if you want to change the flags)
 
Download the LSPD pack ELS 4.0 :
Put the Ford Crown Victoria model into your lastest "patchday"  ( Update>Update.rpf>x64>dlcpacks ) for me that's the patchday22 , go to dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf and now replace the model texture in the .ytd files !
