Happy holidays! I have here a 2015 Ford Explorer and 2016 Ford Explorer used by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority in New York State. Vehicles are as accurate as possible and have 4K textures. This pack is NON-ELS and contains a FiveM ready folder and Addon/DLC ready folder in the archive. Templates are also included for your use. This pack is a work in progress and I plan on updating it with more vehicles down the road.

Hello!  I have been making this pack for a while using my best abilities to make it as accurate as possible. There are 8 ELS vehicles. If ELS lights seem dim, I use RadianceV in my screenshots. I do not plan on converting these to lore friendly, they were designed for NYSPP.

Installation
-Drag and drop the "gssspd" folder into /Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/
-Add "<Item>dlcpacks:/gssspd/</Item>" to dlclist.xml in Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

Non ELS Duneloader Fire Brush Truck.  Fully templated, comes with a lore friendly Park/Forest Ranger skin.
