I decided to upload my custom XMLs (both charges and citations.xml) I use when using CompuLite (https://www.bejoijo.com/post/compulite). I am very open to your suggestions in the comments below!
 
SPECIAL FEATURES
Added "Attempted" crimes, for when using bejoijo's attempted crime callouts (https://www.bejoijo.com/post/attempted-crime-callouts) Added custom charges, such as "Possession of Drugs w/ Intention to Distribute" Added custom citations, such as "Trespassing on Governmental Property"  
REQUIREMENTS
CompuLite (https://www.bejoijo.com/post/compulite)  
WORKS WELL WITH
All general callout packs and situations, especially Bejoijo's "Attempted Crime Callouts" (https://www.bejoijo.com/post/attempted-crime-callouts) KingPuffdaddi's Bribe mod  HOW TO INSTALL
 
1. Unzip the download
2. Place the files in Plugins -> LSPDFR -> CompuLite
3. Click replace if prompted

This is supposed to be fun and unlike other lists, so feel free to add fun stuff down below!
