The way the developer made this bus he hard fused plate that the game dosent register as a actual plate onto the bus therefore also removing the option for the game to give it a randomized plate the best I can do for you is making a custom plate. sorry I couldn't solve your issue

You would most likely need to edit the .ytd file and take the texture out put it in Photoshop and remove plate texture area. If you would like to send the link to the specific bus you are using I would be happy to help you with that.
