Emergency ENB
"Ultra-Realism"

Here is my GTA IV ENB settings. Designed for ultra realistic gameplay with the main focus being ELS lights and the weather system.

Days and nights look amazing and unlike other ENB's designed for ELS we have focused on the environment and weather,now all types of weather look different so if your tired of sunny skies why not bring a thunderstorm down!

This ENB is designed to work for 1.0.7.0 on medium to high pc's however it has not been tested on lower patches or specs so please feel free to try!

Im fairly new to skinning so please leave any feedback as its greatly appreciated :) There may be an updated version with a K9 skin if requested.

Loading Screens


Simple file that replaces the boring LC loading screens with shots of Boston PD and MSP cars and officers.

*Back-up files before installing!*

How To Install:

Open Spark IV
Follow These steps by left clicking on the appropriate title.
-PC
-Textures

OR

-Scroll down to very bottom.

3. Left click on textures
4. Left click on import at the top of the toolbar
5. Import loadingscreens.wtd
6. Save

You have successfully installed the new loading screens!

The screens uploaded are the ones used in the file, no characters will appear as they have been made transparent.

Boston Ford Explorer (Special Operations)

The colours are slightly off however this is a high quality texture made using CS6

Anchorage,AK Ambulance (Ford F350)

This is my first ambulance texture so please leave feedback :) Its not an exact copy of the real one because I wanted to customise/presonlise it.

Best used with Alaskan State police vehicles!

Toronto Police Service Traffic Smart Car
This is another skin exclusivley for LCPDFR.com! Unfortunatley there was some issues with the model so I couldn't add the "9-1-1 Emergency" logo in as it dosn't appear in-game.The template was also very poorly made so this made it extremely difficult to texture,so I apologise for the small differences :(

What does it do?
This is a simple file that plays a pre-recorded (not live) audio file in the background when you play GTA IV
The radio will play for about 1 hour so that frequent rewinds are not needed
It runs on low spec pc's (mines is only 3GB and it works)



! Do not replace the original file just run it in the background using a media player !
