Noah Baker got a reaction from Glitch Mods for a file, German Police Vest ( Berlin Style) / Deutsche Einsatzweste aus Berlinanako gave the Permission to edit the Texture of his Model. You can read more about it in his EUP mod linked below.

Its just a Texture and not the Model. See the Original Model Above.
This Mod changes the Texture of Hanakos Vest. The Vest looks now more like a German Police Vest
If you see bugs or anything like that just write a comment and I will fix it as fast I can

1) First of all download: https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/character/25692-eup-vest＆earpiece/
2) Open the downloaded file and navigate to: Files-----Vest13(New!)-------setup3
4) Open OpenIV and enable Edit Mode
3) Drag to mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_clothes_01 folder to
"Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf" using OpenIV
4) Open the mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_clothes_01 folder and open the .ytd file.
5) Click now in the right corner "Replace" and select my file.
6) click on save and have fun 🙂
