    I made a NHP skin as requested by a friend and decided to put it here so others can use it too
    This mini pack does use ELS 
     
    Inside the fille you will finda Read Me. This file shows you where to install all parts of the cars. You may rename them as you wish when you are installing
    however I found that they work best under Police3 and Police4.
     
    Please do not redistribute
