    Through steam you can Move the install folder to your SSD. Library-Right Click on GTAV - Properties - Local Files - Move Install Folder. and you should be able to Select your SSD. 🙂

    Doesn't sound like a hardware problem to me, as you are able to run the game by itself at 100 fps.  You probably just have some old plugins installed...
