This pack is based off of Nevada Highway Patrol and includes 11 cars with the option of them being reflective!
 
If your wondering which file to choose this will help you
Reflective:
Reflective overall looks better in game and decals light up like they would IRL 
(look at the 4 pics before the all blue pics for examples)

CAN'T CHANGE THE LIVERIES WITH REFLECTIVE!!
 
NON-Reflective:
This should be used if you plan on changing the liveries but decals wont light up

The NV Plate Pack used in the screenshots is made by Tom3k go check it out!

Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.
 
HOW TO INSTALL REPLACE VARIANT
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks - patchday24ng - dlc.rpf - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles.rpf
Drag and Drop the YTD and YFT Files from the folders of the cars you want to install
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!
 
HOW TO INSTALL ADDON VARIANT!!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "SAHP NV Pack" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/SAHP NV Pack/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

Highly recommend if you want the blue Design to use Alloy's livery pack!

Features
These configurations will allow you to move to the new version of San Andreas as a first responder when using the Policing Redefined plugin. A multitude of jurisdictions, units and uniform presets that are as close as possible to the appearance of a California agency are waiting for you. Boring, repetitive basic PEDs or incorrect jurisdictions will no longer be a problem!
 
Two versions are available. The decision you choose is yours!
lore addon vehicles - already configured add-on vehicles ready to play. Of course, everything is lore friendly. REQUIRES installation of additional add-ons!
default vehicles - set basic vehicles for each unit. It does not require installing any additional add-ons. It is recommended to configure your own configuration to suit your needs. If you don't know how to do it, you can find a configuration editing guide on my Discord Server.

2.0 - Added the 2020 Ford Explorer
 
This past spring, I decided to recreate my Hometowns vehicles starting with Sheriff. Sadly due to a lack of time, I wasn't able to finish everything. Therefore I've decided to release what I had finished and plan to add more to this pack as time goes on. I tried to replicate (probs 80% accurate) every single detail to match IRL spec. With that being said, there isn't alot of extras present nor lighting as I made these to replicate what they use IRL. Enjoy!
 
Since this is a California Department, Steady burns are present.

This mod overhauls the many rail crossings around the map and adds more railroad related props where they're needed.
 
Features:
Fixes the lights not flashing on the rear-side of rail crossings lights Greatly increases the brightness of rail crossing lights Additional lights, signage and gantry models All crossings have been improved with the addition of more lights, barriers, props etc New signals & buffers in places where they're missing  
This mod does not:
Remove any world props Fix the crossing barriers getting stuck when running at a high framerate  
NOT compatible with "Los Santos Rail Improvements"

There are a couple of crossings which Rockstar 'forgot' to add any actual functionality to them - ie. the lights don't flash nor do cars stop. I tried to fix this but sadly I don't think it's possible. Instead, these crossings have roadworks or other warning signs setup around them to at least make them realistic.

Installation instructions included in the readme file.

Let me know what you think and if you have any feedback or improvement suggestions! If anybody can find the sound effect file for the railroad crossing bell, please let me know!

Just a little unmarked CVPI using a Whelen Flatlight with a minimal setup, I might expand on this and add more cars but who knows. - Who knows? I do! As of the 10th of July 2023 I am revisiting the project after someone reported a pretty big bug that has annoyed me. Whilst remaking the CVPI from scratch, why not add more cars?

Unmarked Texas Department of Public Safety 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe
This my third fourth vehicle release ive done, but this one is specifically a 1-1 replica of the 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe Unmarked in the TX DPS fleet.
If you use it in your servers, please make it look good! Don't make it look bad, because that makes me look bad! If you like the vehicle, or have any suggestions on what I should do next, you can let me know by commenting below OR joining my Discord. Commissions are currently open at the time of this being uploaded, but could change at any time.
 
This vehicle can be used for lots of unmarked use, or sting operations. Includes takedowns as well (Extra #1) and a addon RanchHand which can be removed (Extra #2)
 
Slight old release I made a while back for Golden Hour Roleplay, so it is a slight bit lower quality than my cars I make now (mainly the light dummy is visible from certain angles)
 
Not too big of a deal, but still a really nice vehicle.

This developer asset includes all the files necessary to make liveries for any vehicle utilizing a model made by GeorgieMoon.
 
More information about properly using AO maps and creating optimized liveries can be found in the usage information file.
 
File will be updated with any future model releases or updates.

Note: It has been reported that the livery has to be renamed from Harley_sign_1 to Harley_sign_2. I personally never had this and never touched a sign_2 but if you encounter this then just rename the texture as stated above.

This model will require SSLA which I'll link below as it uses all 32 sirens, that's really all I have I hope you all enjoy it.
