    Turn on Edit Mode On The Top Right Then Open ambulance.ytd You Should See 
    (car sign 1) Right Click On It Then You Will See Replace Click On It Then navigate
    To My Template And Replace And That's It You're Done Go In To The Game And Spawn 
    a Ambulance And You Should See The Covid-19 Van
