1. Click browse
2. Scroll down to "images" and click on it
3. Double click on "vehicles.img"
4. Search your car for Example the Police.wtd
5. Double click on your car
6. Search police_sign1 until police_sign4 and replace it with these files
7. Click save and close then save twice and your done
8. Enjoy and have fun ;)
