Hi I made this mod some years ago because all alvailble mods only removed the hitmarker or the ritcle completly but never that it grayed out when aiming over dead bodies. Using this mod your Crosshiar will never change its appearance.  So your gameplay will be more realistic.
 
FIle goes to: update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf
 
(In some cases it goes to x64b.rpf\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf if you installed minimap mod fix, pls check your mods folder)
