Hello everyone This is my pack that I've been working on for a long time.
There are 13 cars in the pack. Each of them has from 5 to 10 liveries. Basic liveries, K9 unit liveries, gang unit liveries, supervisor liveries, and ghost liveries. Also, some of them have an extra 12 - wraparound pushbar, which you can remove or put on if you want.

Installation tutorial
1. Download OpenIV - https://openiv.com
2. Download ELS and all the modifications necessary for it to work - https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/scripts/13865-emergency-lighting-system/
3. Copy the ELS folder from my archive to the main folder of GTA 5.
4. Copy the faustbcso folder to the path GTA5/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
5. Open the file dlclist.xml by path GTA5/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
6. Add a line:
<Item>dlcpacks:/faustbcso/</Item>
7. Save and run GTA 5.
8. Enjoy

If your GTA crashes
If your GTA crashes after installing this pack, it is likely that will help you to download Gameconfig (1.0.2189.0) for Limitless Vehicles. Just in case, make a backup of your gameconfig, which is located mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/

There are "ДПС" (highway patrol service),  "ППС" (patrol service), "Росгвардия" (Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation),   "Скорая Помощь" (ambulance),  "Следственный комитет" (investigative committee).
There are two ways to install the pack: Replace and Addon.
 
The package includes:
- Mercedes Benz (ДПС)
- Skoda Octavia (ДПС)

- UAZ 3962 "Буханка" (ППС)

All cars have real Russian license plates. Police - blue, Rosgvardia - black, Ambulance/Investigative Committee - White. 
Each model has a prototype in real life.
 
[IF GTA CRASHES AFTER INSTALLING THE PACK]
Try manually deleting some vehicles that are not so important to you. If it doesn't help, write to me, I will try to help you.
 
[IF TEXTURES DISAPPEAR AFTER INSTALLING THE PACK]
Try to lower the quality of graphics, in particular textures. If it doesn't help, try manually deleting some vehicles that are not so important to you.
 
[KNOWN ISSUES]
UAZ-3962, UAZ Hunter and PAZ-3205 have small problems with shadows on wheels.

Installation tutorial
1. Download OpenIV - https://openiv.com
2. Download ELS and all the modifications necessary for it to work - https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/scripts/13865-emergency-lighting-system/
3. Copy the ELS folder from my archive to the main folder of GTA 5.
4. Copy the faustbcso folder to the path GTA5/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
5. Open the file dlclist.xml by path GTA5/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
6. Add a line:
<Item>dlcpacks:/faustbcso/</Item>
7. Save and run GTA 5.
8. Enjoy
