From the plains of New Austin to the swamps of Lemoyne, this pack brings Red Dead–style law enforcement liveries to modern patrol vehicles. 
This is my first livery pack so I hope you enjoy it.

Installation:
Find the ytd files of the vhicles you want to change the livery and open it using edit mode in OpenIV
Then, replace/override the livery or add it on if you want

Durangos are from c13's OPPD Mega Pack, available on their Discord. 

Inspired by a combination of different real-world liveries, I wanted a simple streamlined livery that stood out but had a realistic design as well.
The liveries included are transparent, in order to get the silver base, either use a trainer to change vehicle color or (preferable for AI use/uniform spawning) change carvariations file to make default spawn color silver (4). Bluish Silver also looks good, I've found.

I decided to update some of the textures for the base, and make it a Joint Base with elements from all the different service branches. As a result, a single service military police livery didn't work for me anymore so I put this together. It is based off the Joint Base Myer liveries but a little tweaked. 
As a bonus, I also included two aircraft liveries for transports to really bring it all together.

HOW TO INSTALL!!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "psp_pack" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/psp_pack/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!


Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.

I wanted to create more cohesion with my departments, so I put this together, to be a believable lore-friendly companion department to my SAHP livery pack I'd already done. I decided to re-do any of my state liveries to incorporate the diagonal color slash down the front doors with the department shield in the center. I'm working on a State Parks pack, as well as a small Capitol Police pack to complete the design theme. I also put for some of the older vehicles an "older" livery to show an in-universe transition between liveries, so that's why the late 90's and 00's vehicles have different liveries.
