This is a Port Royal, SC- based Vespucci Beach Police Department pack.
I used c13's Tallahassee pack for these, as well as kilroy95's Myrtle Beach CVPI pack. Some vehicles used are from c13's updated free Tallahassee pack on their discord, it's worth it.
Some are reflective, some are not. Also, liveries are transparent so use a trainer or carvariations edit to make the base color silver. Or purple or whatever color you want, but silver was intended and works best. Some white too, and I'll be doing some ghost graphics soon but this is the core base of the department. Some K9 liveries in there too.
The older Crown Vics are based off the defunct Baltimore City Housing Police, and Stafford County, VA Sheriff's office.

I couldn't find any realistic comprehensive LS County Fire liveries, so I put this together over the course of the last year.

And for those sticklers, I am aware that LAFD doesn’t have tower ladders or use Expeditions or Explorers, but I thought I would add some variety and things I like. 
I’m also aware on the command/battalion vehicles that the unit numbers are decaled on the windows and not on the body but obviously because of the limitations of not being able to change windows like liveries in-game, had to compromise.

Just something i threw together bored.

Pictured on Varical's paid Garnet Police Department pack but will fit OfficerUnderwood's CVPI and Lozano's Caprices and Explorer

Came across Lake County, IL's simple and sharp liveries and I had to make a Los Santos County pack based on it. I may expand to some more liveries in the future but for now, has a decent mix of patrol, command, some K9 skins, and one ghost traffic one.
Some of the older white and blue liveries for the CVPI, and there are subtle differences between liveries from the early-mid 2010's to the newer 2020's models.
I used Ripple's 2025 Legacy Pack, Traxx's Legacy K9 pack, Othrin's 2005 Edge CVPI, and Ferious' Whelen Patriot CVPI, but liveries will fit the following from any pack

I like the Vermont State Police livery scheme, and thought the simple green design worked really well as a Park Ranger livery.
I designed the logo myself and will be converting it to a patch so that it can be put on EUP to match.

Paramus, NJ inspired La Mesa Police liveries. I also edited the patch of the real-life city of La Mesa, California to omit "California", and used that on the liveries, as well as on uniforms. I included a file of just the patch for anyone who wants to add to their EUP textures.

I decided to update some of the textures for the base, and make it a Joint Base with elements from all the different service branches. As a result, a single service military police livery didn't work for me anymore so I put this together. It is based off the Joint Base Myer liveries but a little tweaked. 
As a bonus, I also included two aircraft liveries for transports to really bring it all together.

Based on LAFD's Fast Response vehicles, I threw this together using Ripple's Type 1 squad truck

The town logo and police seal are based on Santa Paula, CA, a similar citrus farming town. 
Livery designs are original by me. 
These are pictured on GSD's Code 3 Pursuit package but will fit most common models of GeorgieMoon, Raz3r, Kane104, and Matt.
All vehicles have one livery and one window file, except 2021 Tahoe which has both a patrol and a Chief livery.
PLEASE NOTE the F-150 livery is for the LONG BED (6.5 ft) ONLY. It will not fit the short bed (5.5 ft), so don't come at me saying it doesnt work.

I decided to create two distinct DOT departments, a municipal one for the city of Los Santos, as well as a statewide one for San Andreas. 
For the LSDOT, I added in some different Depot names and matching logos, Adam's Apple Blvd, Chupacabra St, and Rancho. 
In addition, a couple police tow liveries (the SAHP one matches my SAHP Livery set)
 
And just as an added bit, a couple Los Santos Customs "Authorized Police/Highway Tow" liveries.
 
I wish I could link more free tow trucks, but unfortunately it seems at the moment, all the quality tow models are paid in this community. Hopefully that changes at some point, but for now, here's some free liveries.

This is a semi update to my older livery pack, now uniform livery across the department, with multiple bureaus for most vehicles.
This was based on a mixture of Winnetka, IL police department and Baltimore, MD police department.
The pack pictured is Ripple's mPower pack. 
There are patrol liveries, supervisor liveries, traffic liveries, and special operations liveries (which would be K9, SWAT, etc. It's a well-funded but small department, so any specialties fall under Special Ops)
