Skys Development got a reaction from Prodigy05 for a file, [ELS/Hybrid][DLC] Osceola County Sheriff FL PackShowing more love to Central FL. Osceola is another very popular county in FL and is right next to Orange County. As a resident of Osceola County I made sure to make these cars 1:1 of their IRL counterparts. This pack is a Hybrid pack so you need to have SSLA(32 Sirens mod) installed. Some cars in this pack have multiple liveries so make sure to check those out as well. There is also 7 chargers in this pack all which are used by Osceola.
This pack uses 2 Veshare YTDs so if you change something like lighting colors it will change on all the cars.
The K9 2020 fpiu has hubcaps on by default but i have included an option for steelies if you hate hubcaps like me.
If the tint on the chargers are to dark you can change the tint level through any trainer.
These cars all have movable spotlights and working takedowns

This version is an ELS Hybrid but i do have a DLS version available in my discord as well. You are going to need SSLA(32 sirens mod) for all the lights to work properly you will also need to keep this in a DLC format since it uses custom meta files. These WILL NOT work as replace so keep that in mind.

Both Chargers have an animated spotlight that you can activate by holding H or right on the dpad then turn on the highbeams.
The 21 Tahoe K9 versions rear windows are extras so you can run them up or down or however you want and they will not go back up if you repair the car.
The 18 FPIU has extras such as the radar on the roof and the ALPRs
The Hellcat Redeye has a custom engine sound included in the dlc and a super fast handling line.

Skys Development got a reaction from Officer Here for a file, [ELS][DLC] FHP/SHP PackWhat started off as just 2020 FPIUs tuned into a year long project. This pack has been completely revamped from the ground up. You will need the 32 sirens mod(SSLA) for all the lights to work properly. With that being said there wont be a replace version anymore and some cars were removed. Main focus of this pack was to make FHPs newer Fed Sig fleet. One of the main things that was asked on here and in discord was FHP plates so I have added them onto the cars as well as non lore plates. This pack will work well with any other FHP pack out there non lore or lore.
Some of these cars have automatic scene lights when you get out of the car you can disable this feature in the ELS vcf or hitting the L key before getting out of the car. The 18 FPIUs don't have this feature because the lights are on the doors and the lights would be floating when the doors are opened and I hate floating lights, instead the white lights on the valor/visor turn off like IRL
All of the K9 cars have the rear windows set to extras that won't go back if you fix the car.
The Chargers have a passenger seat organizer as well that can be toggled with extra_10

Each Siren in this pack is its own light so you can change the pattern using livelights to whatever you like. This is a small little tow truck pack I've been working on for about 3 months. currently only including an F550 Rollback.
Hoping to add more to this in the future but we shall see.
This pack should work in both Singleplayer and Fivem as long as you install the correct version
This is also my first release that isn't police related so i hope you enjoy and lmk if you find issues!

I've tried clearing up anything confusing as best i could
Difference between "Static" and "Moving" Rollback
Moving rollback means that the bed will move using NUM 5 and NUM 8 (to be used with the flatbed script)
(use if your going to use yourself with the flatbed script)
Static rollback means that the bed will not move (for scripts where the car is teleported onto the bed)
(also might be prefered if you only want AI's to use the truck)

HOW TO INSTALL FOR SINGLEPLAYER!!!
includes Vehicle - Flatbed Script - And Stop the Ped Flatbed Replacement
Vehicle Installation:
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "tow trucks" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/tow trucks/</Item>
The trucks will now load ingame!
Flatbed Script Installation:
First, Install the rollback script from gta5-mods https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/flatbed-script
After you've succesfully installed that.
in the download there will be a "Scripts" folder. you can drag and drop that into your directory.
Now you can do some good ole' towin!
Stop The Ped Flatbed Replacement:
Navigate to GTAV - plugins - LSPDFR - StopThePed.ini
When you open the INI. Look for the section near the bottom with the tag [TowService]
Here, you will want to change FLatbedTruckModel to FlatbedTruckModel=F550ROLLBACK
Then, go to the offset cordinates and make FlatbedOffset FlatbedOffset=0.0,-0.1,-0.1
Now they will respond properly when called and cars will not be floating!

Skys Development got a reaction from Jonas Modding for a file, Lo Profile Unmarked Pack [DLC][ELS-Hybrid]You need to have SSLA(32 sirens mod) for all the lights to work correctly. This is also a hybrid ELS pack so you have to leave it in a DLC format. This pack uses all NON ELS emergency lighting controlled by the ELS script. DO NOT change the preset patterns in the ELS VCF or else the lights wont work as intended. Each Siren in this pack is its own light so you can change the pattern using livelights to whatever you like. I will be adding to this just wanted to make a pack that doesn't have the usual police cars. These cars WILL NOT work as replace.
FEATURES
You can change the car colors on all the cars as well as the wheel colors on some cars.
