This download includes custom Cargo Pants for Law Enforcement, Security, EMS and others. These cargo pants are generic and include no branding or logos. The files are FiveM Ready but you may convert them to suit your own needs. The download includes 3 colors: green, black and blue. It also includes a PSD file that allows you to create your own custom colors. The download includes 2 versions, one regular and one designed to fit the default EUP drop down holsters.

About the Pack
Currently this license pack consist of 12 license plates from 4 different states and two misc license plates. I will first work on the east coast states, currently I have done South Carolina, Florida, Georgia and Pennsylvania. There's only one plate for PA and the moment I will revisit and make a different plate in the next update along with Virginia, North Carolina, and New York. I will also revisit Georgia and for the most part will probably revisit each state for different plate variations in that state, for now I'm focused on at least 2 for each state though.

About the skin READ THE DESCRIPTION IT'S GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH. 
This pack consist of several texture's I have done over the past month's and weeks. I make texture every now and then and loose motivation to turn them into a pack, so I thought of this idea of releasing them in a pack like such, I think it's a good idea, actually makes me more motivated to do more of the texture's that have only one or two bases skinned, with that being said I will continuing this pack with more texture's, if it's more than 3 skin's it will probably be a separate upload. Or something fairly unique. Includes 4K Textures and 8K Textures for some.

A couple of Metro State vehicles I quickly threw together to mess around with in our server once in a while.
Non-els setup and ready for FiveM.
I didnt spend too much time on these vehicles, so there will be a few minor bugs here and there, nothing game breaking at all, just some textures or no light mounts, etc. For vehicles that my server will only use once in a while very rarely to mess with the cops, the vehicles arent worth spending a lot of time on trying to make perfect.
This is motor2 and motor3. These light setups are based mostly on Metro States YT video that includes a vehicle tour.
I do plan on adding Motor1 in the near future, of course, however, for not it is just the Tahoe and Charger.
Now your server can pretend to pretend!

Feel free to use these vehicles in your servers, convert them to LSPDFR if you want, just ensure proper credits are given for whatever you do, and do not reupload this pack to this site or any other site

-----INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS -----
- Open 'OpenIV' and go to your GTA V Directory.
- In 'OpenIV', go to the 'x64' folder, then audio > sfx > resident.rpf
- Inside Resident.rpf should be 16 .awc files. Locate 'VEHICLES.AWC' 
- Right click on it, and select 'EXTRACT TO WAVE (.WAV)' AND 'EXPORT TO OPENFORMATS (.OAC)' to an empty folder on your desktop.
- Using your desired siren trait names, rename any of the siren wav. files, and drag them to the vehicle.awc folder to replace the stock siren tones.
- Using 'OpenIV', click EDIT and then select ' Import OpenFormats', select your vehicles.oac to import the new sirne tones.
- Respond Code 3 !

IF YOU WISH TO USE OTHER SIRENS TONES OTHER THAN STOCK TONES, YOU WILL NEED TO REFER TO YOUR SIREN HASHTAG DICTIONARY AND USE THE NAMES FOR YOUR DESIRED TONES. MAKE SURE THE VEHICLE FOLDER DOES NOT EXCEED 16.132kb OR IT WILL MUTE THE SOUND DICTIONARY.
