Acadia, home to some of the tallest skyscrapers West of Liberty City, the best Deep Dish Pizza outside of Carcer City, America's most brutal winters, and last but definitely not least, the worst crime rate East of Los Santos.

The APD in the 90s definitely had their hands full all over the city. Whether it was some poor mope getting popped on the South Side or a suspicious individual in a jalopy underneath the L-Train in Downtown, the ladies and gents in the checkered hats never took any chances.
