I made these Liveries to work with either POLICESCO's Los Santos Traffic Unit FPIS or [TWISTEDSCOPES] 2017 Miami Pack FPIS with Whelen Legacy lightbar. There are no CT State Police vehicle models out there and I have no clue how to make one so I made liveries for two different options that I see are closest to the State. 
 
 
 

I couldn't find any CT State Police uniforms out there, and being from Connecticut myself I really wanted to use them. So I figured it out how to make them and bam. Here they are!! It's a first model so obviously it's not perfect but I personally think they came out really good!! I made everything except for the hat. ALL CREDIT for the hat goes to TrpCharles!!
