    INSTALATION
    1.Run Open IV 
    ((Make sure you are in edit mode))
    2.Drag and drop the mod folder (mcso) into GTAV > mods > update > x64 > dlcpack 
    3.Then go to mods > update > update.rpf > common > data
    4.Right click on 'dlclist.xml' and choose 'Edit'
    5.scroll to the bottom and enter <Item>dlcpacks:/mcso/</Item> and then save
