Its just saying that it was made for an older version, all it means is that it wont work to 100% of its ability aka like all callouts in the plugin wont work, some will some wont.

Hmmm, i still think its traffic policer, try removing the files then go on duty, let me know how it goes.

Try removing Traffic policer first, run the game and if it works you may add it back, but for the time being keep it out until we find a fix.

Right now United Callouts seems to be broken. Second of all use Compulite, Computer+ is completely outdated and i just recently turned over to Computlite from Computer+ after using it for months and i already notice that compulite is 10 times better. Also make sure your plugins are in the right folder. They should be in plugins/lspdfr. Most importantly make sure you have RageNativeUI....this is essential to use plugins! Heres how to remove United callouts: 1. First of all remove untited callouts if you have it (IF NOT SKIP STEP 1 AND 2) from plugins/lspdfr (delete both files) 2.Then in lspdfr/audio/scanner and delete the united callouts file from there. I think ive resolved the issue: 1. First of all remove untited callouts if you have it (IF NOT SKIP STEP 1 AND 2) from plugins/lspdfr (delete both files) 2.Then in lspdfr/audio/scanner and delete the united callouts file from there. 3. After that launch your game normally (NOT USING RPH) and once you get to the loading screen where you choose story mode, online,settings etc., launch RPH like you normally would, wait a couple of seconds, and then and click story mode and it should work (it should say something along the lines of "launching story mode with rage plugin hook"). Im having the same problem right now. Either when the screen turns black and theres the little 'loading LSPDFR' is the corner it would load infinintley or if i get in and try to go on duty it would stop loading(the loading symbol would stop but id have audio and my character would still move a little). Ive had lspdfr for a while, ill try some trouble shootoers, it could be united callouts as it was just updated and i just replaced the files, will get back to you. heres my RPH log RagePluginHook.log

Im guessing your referring to the plugin and if so i do not have it. also this is what i mean by when it says "losest jail"

All notifications on, I think your confusing the text with the notifications that show up above the minimap and not the text that shows up on the bottom of the screen. Heres a picture of what i mean. This text almost never shows up and once it doesnt show up it wont for the rest of the session, for all callouts and STP. I also notice that sometimes it'll say"losest Jail"

Im guessing there isn't anything to do about this but for a lot of callouts like PeterU, Taco Highway, etc., and even stop the ped the text at the bottom of the screen doesnt show up 75% of the time. When i press Y or do whatever to question the ped or to have a conversation the text that is suppose to show up at the bottom of the screen rarely does. Is there a fix that i could do to help all callouts, I dont see a lot of other people having this issue so im not sure what to do. Thanks (Included RPH log if it helps) RagePluginHook.log

Alrighty thanks. Some do seem to work after reinstalling but there still are some that dont and like you said its probably the fact that they are 0.3 callouts.

is this the only way, id rather not delete all those.

I have a lot of callout packs but it seems for each pack/script 25 to 50 percent of the callouts dont work. I noticed this when i would request a call using the default menu and i would get a glimps of something popping up above the mini map and going away immediately in like 0.2 seconds or just simply have nothing show up and having to request a call again, then i downloaded Callouts Manager where i can access and request any callouts in any of the callout packs. When using this i noticed that it couldn't load a lot of the callouts. It would say things like "(Callout Manager) cannot load plugin "PLUGIN NAME HERE" bla bla bla". I dont know what to do and another reason i know this is an issue is because when ive downloaded a pack and gone into game and after countless hours ill notice that im not even receiving some of the calls from some of the scripts. If someone could help it would be amazing as there are many callouts i want to play around with. Thanks. (Heres my RPH Log if it helps) RagePluginHook.log

Just finished deleting it had a little trouble but i think i got it, ill try launching the game and ill let you know. BTW i still haven't done anything about McAfee yet so well see. How do you leave good reviews on this because you just solved my problem bro thank you so much!!!! She works!
