    Try to update .NET Framework to at least .NET 4.7.2. This link https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/thank-you/net472-web-installer
    (NET 4.6 is not enough, it is that why you have the following error in your log: Exception message: Could not load type 'System.ValueTuple`2' from assembly .. )
