    So guys I have a following problem and i suppose its something with my ELS. So... When I am turning on my stage 3 lights (lights only no siren) all vehicles in traffic act as if i had my siren on... They are stopping going sides to let me go etc. It makes a suspect always stop... What i have to do with it? I think that they should act like that only when i have the sirens on right?... I mean, thechnicaly i dont need to press "shift" to make a traffic stop, its enough to turn on stage 3 lights to make everyone stop.
