Custom GrapeSeed modern and old school style created by https://www.lcpdfr.com/profile/289558-justajordan/  and helped give the refrence from myself to create this skin so I hope you all enjoy it!
 
Installation Process
 
-Installation readme inside folder
-Mostly just download the car pack from the link below and follow the folders names in our skin pack, with the ones from the car pack.
- open the .ytd file and change the sign (Livery of the car) with the ones in our folders to correctly replace them, make sure to rename the xml files for the els as well

Here are some brand new SAHP Livery's for you guys to use on the pack that I will be leaving a link to below!
I took a lot of inspiration for this pack from alot of other state trooper vehicle livers that I have seen around the USA all the cars in this pack come with custom made USA Government issued License plates! ( I was going to try and use all different plates for every car in this pack but I did not have time)
 
Installation Process 
- Download the car pack from the link Below! (If you want to use all the car skins in this pack you will need both the SUV Winrar and the Sedans Winrar!)
- Install the cars you downloaded in whatever slot or order you would like ( just like you install every add on car into the newest patch day! Use common sense!)
- Once the cars you have chosen are installed go into the +hi.ytd file and the regular .ytd file and change the (sign) file which is for the livery (keep in mind some cars in this pack only have the regular .ytd file!)
 
ALL THE NEW TEXTURES ARE LABELED CORRECTLY SO ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS DRAG AND DROP INTO YOUR OPENIV!

- You are allowed to use these livery's in whatever way you want either on a patrol video for your Youtube Channel or in a Fivem server (Keep in mind these cars are ELS so I wouldn't recommend them to be used in Fivem but thats YOUR CHOICE!

The other day I wanted to start creating a car pack but didnt know what to pick I ended up setteling on the police cars from GTA 4 as my first project keep in mind this only took me about 2 full days to do working non stop on it! Overall I think the liveries turned out pretty well for my first time and I never found anyone else make this project so that is why I wanted to bring the old school to the new school!

Installation Instructions
- download the TickleMYElmo lspd pack that I have provided the link to below!
- install the addon cars like you would install any other car (Use Common Sense!)
- inside of the .ydr file and the +hi.ydr file change the sign png for the new template (everything should be labled correctly already if not then label it the same from the pack!)
- I have labeled the folders correctly for the 4 cars that I did from the pack so it should be pretty self explanitory!

I wanted to add some variety to the Glock that is used the most often in this community because it seems like alot of the weapons are just one solid color for this Skin Pack I have added variations for each department. LSPD,BCSO,SAHP.SASP. I have also touched up the original skin for this weapon to make it brighter and stand out from how black and dark the original skin was so that the weapon comes to life in your hands 

In this File you will find the following!
-Brighter skin version (no text or badge)
-LSPD version with badge
-BSCO version with badge
-SAHP version with badge
-SASP version with badge
-Original Files for the original Glock should you need them!
 
Installation Process
- The installation for this weapon and for the skins is very simple just treat it like a car skin and replace the png! If you need the pathway there is a readme inside the original Glock Folder with all the information that you need!

This is a custom x26 tazer skin that I made in my free time its a very simple redesign of the original skin but my favorite colors are red and black I will be continuing to make diffrent skins and more impressive skins for this tazer and other guns and cars as time goes on but wanted to see what people think of my first design 

(all credit for the model goes to BufordT for making the model for the stun gun)
 
you will need his original files for the stun gun to be able to change what it looks likes just replace the png in OpenIV!
