    I am actively working on the ability to translate LSPDFR and have made some progress recently.
    Hopefully I'll have more news to share on this in the coming days or weeks.

    Hi. I'm obviously not from the official team but I'd like to answer you nonetheless.

    In the past, LSPDFR hasn't been translated into any other language than English. Since the support forum even has a dedicated French section, my guess is that if there were plans to translate it into other languages, French would've been one of the first. 
    Apart from the core LSPDFR mod itself, some Plugin developers offer to translate their work into different languages meaning you'd be able to use the mod with French text. Down below I linked you an example of what this would look like. Maybe it's something you want to take a look at.
     
    If any of the team have something to add I'm sure they'll tell you.
    Tl;dr, LSPDFR hasn't been translated in the past however, it could always be something the developer(s) might be willing to offer in the future.
