Arrest Manager
Assorted Callouts
Interactions+
Police Smart Radio
Traffic Policer
Disable Priority Radio Traffic in Rich's Police Enhancements if you remove Smart Radio
Use the plugins found here as replacements for all except PSR https://www.bejoijo.com/
Also increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60000

Now to business. Here are some things I noticed in your log:
Increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 - this can be done in the RAGE settings Arrest Manager us is out of date Assorted Callouts is out of date Interaction+ is out of date PoliceSmartRadio is out of date Update RichsPoliceEnhancements Update StopThePed Traffic Policer is out of date Update Ultimate Backup The reason I strongly advise you remove out of date plugins is because they can cause annoying frequent crashes and create system instability. Now that is a lot of things to delete but many features can be used through StopThePed.
