    What I did was I changed all of my Suspect Interaction key bindings and it fixed my issue

    Everytime I press E to interact with a suspect, the game crashes. I haven't checked to see if its other Key Bindings that'll work however. Please let me know of there is a quick fix or if other people are having this issue.

    I figured it out, all I did was click dont load any plugins on startup and it loaded the game perfectly fine, and it hasn't happened since. there was no crash log because the game never actually crashed it just got stuck on that screen

    I don't know if it already a topic but GTA V was working fine last night and this morning it's been stuck on this screen for at least 42 minutes, do you guys suggest I click "Don't load any plugins on start up" would it fox my issue?

    I think you dropped the VCF file into the pack-default, but you actually need to go into the VCF file and drop all the XML files into pack default, it worked for me. I hope I helped 🙂

    I figured out the issue with ELS lighting. In the Read ME text it says drop the VCF into pack default, but actually you need to go into the VCF file select all and drop all of the XML files into pack default

    I've tried all the suggestions above and it still says i don't have Law and Order installed. Is there anything else i can do or should I install another EUP?
